Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,
i got mrg before 7 year , she is elder than me by 5 year , after mrg i knew,
then i went fro study in mid her family has filed court case for living with me.
even if she was living at my hoe ,when i got job she is living with me and compermise done ,
i dont have any child
please advice how to get divorce
