Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

i am living at rajkot(gujarat). my marriage was in June-2012 with girl residing at nagpur(maharashtra). After marriage we live togather for 20 days and girl went to nagpur. There was no any relation between us and not also any dispute between us. (even no physics). Now no any further relation possible between us as communicate with her relative. Even girl is escaped from home at nagpur. Now what i should do ? can i take one sided divorce or not ? my life stop. Guide in this matter. i want divorce but girl is not available. she escaped from home. kindly guide me in this matter.

You may file a divorce petition only after one year of marriage. Meanwhile, you should keep all possible efforts for reconciliation. If the girl is not traceable, a missing report should be lodged with the local police. All efforts should be made to meet with her and find a solution, or else make her agree for a mutual consent divorce. Ex parte [one sided] divorce may not help.
