Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Administrative

Govt. employee was terminated on the charges of bigamy.

Reinstated on the ground that the said employee after obtaining customary divorce from the first wife remarried.

Thereafter after the said employee filed OP for divorce from the first wife and the said OP was dismissed.

After dismissal of the said OP he was again removed from services.

The said employee challenged the dismissal in APAT.

O.A. was allowed on technical grounds but the respondent was at liberty to initiate proceedings after followling rules (CCA) if it so desires.

As per the orders of the Tribunal he was again reinstated and issued a charge memo. His left over service is only 3 years. How to face charges. please advise.

Re: Administrative

i think by your reinstatement and suspension, the case of employer has become weak and there are bleak chances of their succeeding in proving their charge against you. dont lose hope and represent your case effectively and prove that the customary divorce was obtained. is there any criminal case of bigamy pending against you in any criminal court?
