chairman of another corporation

which is undertaking by the

concerned government?...

2) Aperson who is the issuing

authority can be act as the

receiving authority also?...

3) My Case in Brief: The Director of

Mines and Geology who is the

authority to grant lease for

quarrying / Mining operations in the

state f Andhra Pradesh who is also

the chairman of Andhra Pradesh

Mineral Development

Corporation(APMDC) both are same

same person.

Legally it cannot, as both the institutuions are having contra interest.If we made out a case that both together may collude and jeoparadise the public/institutional interest, then strongly claim, that it is against natural law.
