ammendment in partnership deed

One of the partner to a partnership firm was admitted before marriage and now the name has to changed as per the marrigae certificate? partnership deed registered on 29/08/2008

Enter an amendment to existing deed by entering into new deed with specified clause to change and be sure to mention the date of original deed and which para and word will be changed and then submit the same with registrar of firm and also submit the same to your auditor and give a paper publication .

She may not be required to get the name changed. adding of spouse's surname is optional. If otherwise the name has been changed, then she may need to follow the complete procedure starting from issuing a public notice in local news paper/s.
