Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
arms act
i have a valid arms licence for self protection. it is obtained from a district magistrate in maharashtra. the same is valid throughout maharashtra state. i want it to be valid in all india. is it possible and if yes to whom should i apply and what is the procedure for it.

You may contact the arms office itself but as far i have got idea they dont provide license which is valid throughout until and unless you are a goverment authoritie that also on some higher post.
