Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
My bachelor uncle passed away without a will leaving behind a spinster sister. She is the only surving sibling of his as of date. He had some shares in single name for which we need to get a Sucession Deed done in Goa since they are residents of Goa. Pls explain the procedure & time involved

Require to get sucession certificate from the court and after filing application for sucessionion u can got orders from the court after recording of evidence and after arguments
