Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Biased Attitude of Chief Information Commissioner
I have proved a Particular Government Department is a Fraud. Firstly I have Hon'ble High Court Judgemnt in favour of me whereas the previous lower court judgement was against me.
In the Hon'ble High Court Judgement, It was upheld that I am the sole claimant for all the records of the government department.
I filed an RTI applicaiton to that Goernment Department, they give no response, the appeal was heard. Even after that, that particular government department remains adamant in giving information as per RTI application.
I filed a complaint to the Chief Information Commissioner to take action in this regard. But months has passed, the Chief Information Commissioner is hesitating to take action against this Government Department.
What are the remedies against the CIC

Re: Biased Attitude of Chief Information Commissioner
Your statement, at least the opening sentence, is wholly misconceived; It seems you have misunderstood the court judgement. No individual can be the "sole claimant" for all the records of a government department.
Anyway, the remedy against CIC order is approaching the High Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
