Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I was booked a flat in 2010 & poss. date was Dec 11. Now building is ready for possession. Builder is asking me to pay Labour Cess which was not inform me at the time of booking. As per builder notification was issued on 07.02.2012. Please confirm whether it is correct or not ?
