Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
In case a bidder do not have an office in India, what is the legal provision for the overseas firm without office in India bidding for a tender which is not global but only national.

that u have to chek with the organisation policy is that they have barred such kind of bidders or not. or provide proper information for further guidance

the tenders are only for indian nationals and the companies in india unless specifically tenders are invited from foreign companies.
