Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
In case of cheque bounce ( where ther is perfect Purchase Order is being placed on the party who is now defaulter) wht kind of cases to be made on the cheater or whose court like lower court or high court, is there is any legal court fee in both cases, is fee is equal in both cases or differ from court to court, can we go with criminal procdeeding.

in such a situation, you can file a complaint u/s 138 of negotiable instruments act and to file that , you need to issue a notice within one month of bouncing of cheque. apart from the criminal complaint, you can also file a civil suit under order 37 of civil procedure code for recovery of due. you need to pay the court fee for the civil case depending upon the amount of cheque. the amount of cheque would decide the civil jursidiction.
