Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Need case laws or previous judgments-pls

Dear Sirs

Pls (Sudershan Goel) accept my thanks for your response to file a complaint with the Registrar of Societies. Have been approaching this forum because the registrar is not at all involved and unconcerned. Hence i would appreciate if there are any case laws or judgments if you can provide, I will read and be armed and proceed. Can you pls?? For your reference- I have pasted my requirement below:

There is two societies for the same community under different names but objectives are almost same and same community.

one strong set of office bearers about 11 out of 22 are from the other society and holding full control in this society also.

I have challenged them that they cannot hold posts in both the places with similar interest.

My question is -can file a suit ? or alternatively when I am filing against their activities can I include as a prayer to get permanent injunction from ppl holding both the societies by the same ppl?

You may file a suit seeking a direction to the Registrar to proceed in accordance with law. The Registrar is empowered to dissolve a society and take appropriate action, if it is found that the Society is violating the Act, Rules or bye-laws.
