My cheque is bounce without my notice how to save myself? police satation and court?

If you plan to repay the amount, then write a letter to the person stating that you will pay the said amount on specific date. and tell him not the resubmit the cheque in the bank with out intimation to you.
Don't worry till you receive a legal notice from the other side.
