Clarification on supplying copy of judgement to parties
After pronuncing judgement, Whether court is bound to send a copy of judgement to concerned parties / counsel without moving the application for the same.
If not, then what is your opinion on this ?

with few examples, in administrative tribunal, tribunal will send one order copy to the party.
