company bond
sir,
i one of my friend w ant to shift the company ,since she has a bond she has to pay 200000/-,but she aleady worked for 1yrand 4monhs,some of the coleuge paid 100000/and left now they are not willing to listen .they are telling to pay 200000/- or my father's property will be confisicated.and regading this the letter they are sending we have to pay 20000 each time we recied any letter.
anather thing thoese are joinning after us as fresher they are getting more than us and with out experience they are misusing the power of bond and making us work as selves

Legally such bond may not be binding or enforceable.
One needs to see the bond. Contact a local lawyer to defend. You may complaint to Labor commissioner in your area.
