Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I have a dealership agreement with IOCL to run business of petrol pump.Am I legally give full rights to run this business with whole responsibility without consent of company?.As per agreement I am barred to do so.Any other legal way to get rid of this responsibility and appoint or give this business to run any person who want to run this business take full responsibility /liability.
