Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Law Guru, expectimg a sound help from you. I ms. Jyoti Sahare from Nagpur Maharshtra , worked two years as Lecturer on line period under faculty Improvement Programme (FIP) at Loyola Acedemy, Alwal Secunderabad, AP. All the intreview procedure ad been crried out according the UGC rule and regualtion as the Acedmy affiliated with Osmania University Hyderabad. Loyola Academy assured me after the two year period (2009-2011)will over the salary will be reimbursed as per UGC pay Scale. Sir but now its 2012 is running , even today i didn't received a single penny from the acedemy.. I contacted lot by Orally and written, but the Acedemy gave me silly excuses. I inquired in University , they told all the documents not submitted by Loyola Academy on Time, Loyola Acedemy submitted the doccumnets on Feb-2012. and my period was over on June-2011. In between both the matter, i am suffering lot. I lost my hope to get my hard money back...Do help or advice.Please
