Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Sir,
My question goes as under:
Do the district administration, suo motto, has the right to conduct enquiry of any case when the same has been conducted by the team constituted by ZILA PARISHAD and finalised.

ZP TEAM'S ENQUIRY MAY NOT BE THE DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY(art.311(2) of constitution.HENCE disciplinary authority may conduct enquiry if it is dist admin. normal enquiry may conduct at any number of times subject to natural justice.
