Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
regarding deduction of pay
My pay is now Rs. 10325/- per month from 1.4.08 with annual increment of Rs.325/-. Before that my pay was Rs.10,000/- per month from 1.4.07 . I am now penalised for deduction of pay to one stage in the time scale of pay for one year only.
What do it means ? Wheather my pay will back to Rs.10,000/- or less ?

You have only mentioned your pay not the time-scale of pay. If there is a lower time-scale in the same rank, your pay be reduced to that scale.
