How can i get Domicile certificate..?

Hi,

I have been born and brought up in Mumbai, i'm currently staying in Mumbai, at various locations i.e. at not a fixed location, How can i get domicile certificate. The document which i have is as follows,

1) L.C (stating my birth place as mumbai).

2) My previous 2 location's ration card.

Can i get domicile certificate based on this 2 document only.?

You may obtain from office of DC by submitting the prescribed form and fulfilling their condition

on the given facts........ if u are living in mumbai since birth.... then u will get the domicile
