Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Domicile Certificate
Dear Sir,
My brother appeared for 12th. He has birth certificate as well school leaving of Mumbai. Still Tehsildar Office insisting for My father's domicile to be made. He is 65 yrs and has no proof of birth. We have even tried from his school for Leaving Certificate they do not have record of my father. How to go about it. Would you please advise.

You may follow the advice of local revenue officials / tehsildar unless you may want to challenge the relevant rules in a court of law for which you may need to contact a lawyer for pursuing appropriate remedy.
