how do i get a domicile certificate for myself . what are the documents required for the same . i stay in vikhroli

You shall have to approach your local municipal authority, wiht your proof of residency like ration card, house tax receipts, electricity receipts, etc.
The authorities will provide you with the certificate thereafter.
