domicile certificate in maharashtra
In my opinion one can become a domicile of maharashtra only by birth or continuous residence of 15 years in the state. Please confirm the same. I have born in the state of Karnataka and living in Maharashtra since last 20 yrs.

i have given you the details earlier.
there in maharashtra rules may be a little different but it dont look like what u are telling .
please go to the local Sub Divisional Magistrate's office and get correct information from there.
