You may contact the office of local revenue authorities to find out correct information. You may carry with you documents about proof of your residence in the area, e.g. ration card, voters list, electricity bill, property ownership/tenancy etc..

1. You may get the same from the revenue authorities in your area.
2. Submitting application with all relevant documents such as proof of your residence involved educational certificates, ID Cards, bills etc.
3. Efficient authority can supply it within moment, but it's impossible in present era.
