What is the procedure to apply for Domicile Certificate and Documentation required ?

Please contact a good lawyer / Advocate in your city. He will take you to the Domicile Registrar, who will do the needful for you. The procedure is very meticulous and difficult to comply with, without an Advocate's assistance.

go to domicile issuing authority and ask them the procedure, it has nothing to do with the legal procedure but a lawyer can help if hired
