Domicile Certificate

Sir I have applied for domicile

certificate at mazgaon court,

mumbai with all documents like

school leaving which shows i am

studying since 1984, and rent

receipt from 1982, also light bills

from 1988. i was born in gujarat

and don't have birth cartificate. i

need domicile for allotment of

mhada flat, which says to show

stay in maharashtra for more than

15 years. I was given

leaving/limited domicile certificate

by the chief metropolitan

more than 10 yrs only. is this a

valid document for getting flat in

mhada??? i argued to him but he

says as per law they will give me

leaving/limited domicile certificate

and not domicile certificate. request

u to please give me answer at the
