Domicile certificate
I stayed in Mumbai from 1984 -1993 and then became NRI. I visit every year for 2 months to Mumbai. I have a house in Mumbai since 1994. I am planning to return India permanently next year. Will I be eligible to get domicile certificate. My one son was born in Mumbai but does not live in mumbai now.

Yes, you will be eligible for the domicile certificate, f you fulfill the residency requirements.
