How to get a Domicile Certificate??

i am stayin in mumbai from last 20 years in malad.now i need a domicile certificate for mu post graduation course..so pls guide me that where shuld i gt it from n what is the whole procedure?????

GOOD AFTERNOON!

You need to go to the Municipal Corporation Office and Ward Office of your area.

You will get the form and every requirement is stated in the form itself.
