domicile of maharashtra
i m a BDS...born n brought up in indore(MP) n have the domicile of Madhya Pradesh ...since last 1 year i m married to a resident of maharashtra(domicile holder)...i have secured the marriage certificate as a proof of our marriage....now can i get d domicile of maharastra state based on my husband's domicile???

It is a State subject and may be regulated by Rules framed by the State. Yes, normally you should. However, you should approach the local authorities to find out the correct position as per State rules.
