Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Domiciliary Status

I had applied for Domiciliary status in Maharashtra.

Submitted all the proof of the continus stay.

Now, the Magistrate request for proof of my native place (ie. School Leaving Certificate). The same is misplaced by me.

However, my passport issued by Mumbai states the native place of birth as Madras.

Now what further document can I give to the Authorities in Mumbai to justify them.

Re: Domiciliary Status

You may apply for a duplicate School Leaving Certificate. You may have to supply the documents required for a domicile certificate of the State concerned.
