Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
a educational trust with mostly family members as trust members, in this case can the chairman of that educational trust tell one of his son and daughter-in-law that they dont have any right in the trust . where the son and daughter-in-law are members of the trust for 15 years. the other members are chairmans other son, daughter-in-law, wife and a third person.

if majority votes against you....they can cancel your membership..
but it has to be seen what kind of trust is that and how the rights in trust have came to u if any ....
usually no body have right on trust its an organisation working for some purpose members are just running it
