employee and employer contributive provident fund terminal claims

sir

I widow sister want to claim to contributive PF from the union bank of india, Where as his mother was nominee. She refuse to give any share. The contribution of pf by the bank is in lieu of pension payment. My brother in law opted for pf instead of pension.My sister life become miserable without terminal befits of pf or pension. Kindly suggest us is there any law to support her as per law of nature. ?? .

change in the contribution has to be done only with the consent of the nominee. may be you can appeal thru the union bank of india, staff union to see any light at the end of the tunnel! best of luck.
