Dear Sir / Madam,
Please elaborate what do you mean by "possess" ...
a) Are you referring to possession of the tenanted house ?
b) Are you presently not in possession of the tenanted house due to some reasons ?
c) Are you referring to whether there are any tenant's rights & circumstances / conditions / situations in which the tenant can own the tenanted house ?
