Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Can i give my version in an appeal
Dear Sirs
In my opinion and experience, I have noticed that the senior advocates with umpteen high value cases do not give patient hearing and time and also have to wait for hours to get to meet. So sometimes the facts of the case is not presented well with supporting documents before the judge.
Pls advice if I can ask my advocate to put me in witness box so that I can give my version of the incidents with proof, in an appeal against a very detrimental and damaging order dismissing all my applications?
