Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Can i ask the govt (legislature) under RTI Act when there is law defined that every women given right live in shared house hold, and if the women didnot get the right through judiciary, can i ask the legislature whyu such law is drafted which is very useful only on paper to women but not in execution.
I understand judiciary is supposed to pronouce its judgement with in the defined laws. is it true? or does the magistrate has power to think beyond the law and to probouce its rulings
