Regarding Hand loan given cheque
hello,I given hand loan to my friend.he given full amount cheque for security but he dint mentioned date,all ready 2 years is over he is not returning my money back if i ask him he is delaying all in his way,how can i collect my money now ,can i take any legal action on him, please give me your valuable suggestions.

Re: Regarding Hand loan given cheque
You may deposit cheque and if the money is not received, you may take legal action for his prosecution u/s 138 N.I.Act and/or file a recovery suit.
