Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I have a house at a semi-urban area under the district of Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, which does not come under any municipality jurisdiction. I would like to set a Service Centre for electronic items like telephones, TVs, Mobile and other accessories. Do I need any permission or registration from any authority to run the business?
