huf property partition
sir,
please advise me im from aurangabad maharashtra,and i have heard that a new law on partition of huf property has been passed in 2008. it says that a huf property can be partitioned on a rs 100 stamp paper this was published in mitra patra magazine which is pubished from pune december 2008 edition pls guide

No its certainly not on rs. 100 stamp paper.
