Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
hi this kanna and i signed bond of where i am going to join that company and produced my 12th certificates also to them.
Now i cant join that company due to my personal problem,so i informed to that company about my state before of joining .
But the company HR says we cant return your certificates and you have to work for our company till your end of bond period, if you cant means amount of 50000 you have to pay.
What i have to do to get my certificates from them?
Kindly advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company has no legal right to withhold your educational certificates. You may inform the Company that you will be forced to lodge a Police complaint against them if they fail to return all your original certificates.
