what are the laws to remove a mobile tower from a school building?

If you have not issued any certificate of no objection to the school building owner or if you are the owner of the school building then if you have not received NOC from all the neighbours who are concerned, may request the Municipal authorities to isue an order to the cell tower company for the removal.
