leaves according to companies act
sir, we have started a new project in Special economic zone (Kandla), can you suggest/provide information about the no. of leaves we can provide to our staff as per the company act, 1956.
the leaves include casual leave, national holidays, earned leave, medical leave.

company act does not provide for leaves of employees. further it depends on company to company and work to work. there are companies which work 365 days a year and 24 hours and there are companies which work 5 days a week and just in office hours.
