Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Limited Domicile Certificate, Maharashtra

Sir I applied for domicile

certificate at Vikhroli court,

mumbai with all documents. I was born in Karnataka but have been staying in Maharashtra for the past 30 years. I needed domicile certificate for allotment of

mhada flat, which says to show

stay in maharashtra for more than

15 years. I was given

leaving/limited domicile certificate

by the chief metropolitan

magistrate showing my stay for

more than 10 yrs only. is this a

valid document for getting flat in

mhada??? i argued to him but he

says as per law they will give me

leaving/limited domicile certificate

and not domicile certificate. request

u to please give me answer at the

earliest.
