Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
My self Lovely Sharma from India. I want to make a Passport, my birth is of 1994 but make a Passport to need a birth certificate which i haven't so please tell me about this what can I do for this.

In such cases, Passport Authorities do take other documents and affidavit as proof of date of birth.

your tenth certificate would do or you may follow the instruction mentioned on the passport form.
