Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

I have made a complaint against illegal construction done in the administrative area of c class muncupal corporation. But the officials are not ready to take steps. Corporation is given the information that the construction is illegal when asked under right to information.What is the procedure to make the corporation demolish the illegal construction?

Dear Sir / Madam,

It may be that the Corporation has permitted the construction in its own administrative area to facilitate a service to the public (example PCO / Photocopy / Stationery) with the prior permission of the Shirur Municipal Commissioner. Please guard against being unnecessarily instigated to initiate action, especially if you lack all the substantial evidence to make a case. You may seek the assistance of the local Shirur Corporator to see reason into your issue and address your concern.
