Maharashtra co-op soc act 1960 and its rules and its bye laws

Whether the co-op housing society society in Maharashtra can expend or give the contribution/donations for social and cultural events in the same society even if it there is no such specific provision in the Bye laws of the Society ?Please explain in details with by quoting sections and the matters given in that section with a view of Maharashtra co-op soc act 1960,Maharashtra co-op soc rules 1961 and its bye laws and how it can be done?

You may refer to the relevant clauses in the Act/ Rules / Bye laws.

If there is no such clause, you may pass a resolution in the Managing Committee meeting.
