Maharashtra Domicile Form
I have been staying in Maharashtra from past 6.5 years, Am I eligible to apply for Maharashtra Domicile Certificate ?
If yes, do I need to relinquish my New Delhi Domicile wherein I am a natural certificate holder.
Furthermore, How much time does it normally takes to get the certificate. As I was staying as student earlier to complete my studies and then as professional from past 3.8 years, I dont have the lease agreements from my previous landlords, thus will my Degree certificate and Experience letter from my company will be sufficient enough to apply for it ??..
