whether maharashtra sales tax is payable on transit insurance & freight if shown seperately in bill and also if not shown seperately in bill

Dear Sir / Madam,
Maharashtra Sales Tax (VAT) is payable on the landed cost of goods inclusive of transit insurance & freight irrespective whether it is shown separately in the bill or not shown separately.
