Maharastra co-op housing societies

Sir, I am a secretary of a hosuing society - I would like to know if the society is obligated to get the internal repairs of individual flat members - such as flooring /walls/ ceiling / toilet and bathrooms

You may need to refer to the relevant agreement executed by the society with the members; vis-a-vis the bye-laws of the society and other decisions taken by the Managing Committee / A.G.M. in due course.
