About marriage

I am a hindu boy and want to marry a hindu brahmin girl against the decisions our family members. We both are matured or over 21 years of age. But it will be to expensive to get a marriage certificate from the Court. So is there any alternate way to avoid any future problems(like police case, harassments) arises by our family members after the marriage?
