Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Mr. Rao married prior to entering into Govt. service. Marriage was consumated but they did not live gother. After living apart from each other for 10 years he contracted second marriage i.e. 5 years after entering into service. He is now about to retire. At this juncture first wife lodged a complaint with the Govt. Husband was removed from service, without giving a reasonable opportunity. However, as per the orders of the Tribunal he was reinstated. After reinstatement he is now again served with a show cause notice. He submitted his explanation (statement of his defence). After receipt of his statement of defence he is asked to appear before enquiry officer. Is there any threat to his Job.

It depends on the content of the show cause notice, his reply and actual evidence.

You may appear before the enquiry officer, preferably with a lawyer ( if lawyers are permitted to appear) and defend yourself.
